New Vista Encantada Tower Part of Mexico Grand Hotels Group

Last night the president of Mexico Grand Hotels, Gabriel Macías Dueñas along with his brother Alejandro, Vice President of the same hotel conglomerate, officially inaugurated the new residential, hotel and timeshare complex tower of Hacienda Encantada, located roughly 9 kilometers from Cabo San Lucas in the Tourist Corridor of Los Cabos.

Gabriel Macías mentioned that with an investment of $ 34 million dollars, 363 direct and indirect jobs were generated. The 7-story tower decorated in modern style and touches of the Porfiriato era, includes 36 spacious luxury suites in different categories:

From one bedroom suites of 151  m2 luxury, to that of 4 bedrooms with 350 m2, all include integral kitchens, balcony, pool and a splendid view of the Sea of ​​Cortez.

The Roof Top has a spectacular pool, Mestizo del Mar specialty restaurant, a pool bar and gym.

Other amenities are a juice bar, a Spa with 5 private cabins, wet areas, an immersion pool and beauty salon.

This complex is being intensely promoted in the national and international tourism market by Gabriel Ibarra Macías, Director of Sales and Marketing offering various modalities that range from traditional hotel, to the weekly fractional, timeshare and the all-inclusive format.

The global plan has an estimated forecast of $ 245 million, including a total of 400 units plus 48 private total luxury residences.

At the moment four phases have been concluded with 248 units plus 35 private residences with an investment of $116 million dollars, generating more 1,500 direct and indirect jobs in their different specialties including Marina Fiesta.

The event was fostered by the Secretary of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability, Luis Araiza, who also held the representation of State Governor Carlos Mendoza Davis. Also present were Rear Admiral Jorge Medina Antonio from the Naval Detachment of Cabo San Lucas, Cap. Juan José Zamorano, Public Security Director of Los Cabos on behalf of Mayor Armida Castro, the representative of Interval Marco Agostini, who arrived from Miami, Ivette Valenzuela of ​​Bancomext the National Exterior Commerce Bank and Gerardo Corona, former Federal Secretary of Tourism.

The inauguration was also attended by several personalities from the tourist field of Los Cabos such as Lilsi Orcí and Mauricio Salicrup, Executive President and from the Administrative Council of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, respectively; Javier Olivares of the Sothern Baja California Association of Timeshares as well as Rodrigo Esponda Director of the Los Cabos Tourist Trust Fund.
