An exhibition of interesting concepts, analysis and trends of Tourism in Los Cabos took place within the framework of the 3rd Tourism Forum IMEF (Mexican Institute of Finance Executives) 2022, at the Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos, Resort, Villas & Golf last July 29.
The central theme was Tourism and Real Estate Investment addressed by renowned and experienced speakers such as Rodrigo Esponda, Director of the Los Cabos Tourism Trust, who delved into the importance of planning and structure to promote the destination nationally and internationally in different levels, dimensions and segments. After the keynote speeches, a panel of renowned entrepreneurs followed who shared their experiences. Among them, the prominent developer Ernesto Coppel, creator of the Pueblo Bonito hotels and several successful tourist real estate developments, who emphasized the intention that every destination should have in the construction of hotels and investment models that range from timeshares, product sales real estate in its different forms such as fractional and full time (full ownership); also Juan Fernández Sánchez-Navarro, Director of the Olarena Group that includes hotels, restaurants and luxury developments, who highlighted the importance of the Private Initiative being involved in the decision-making of the Public Administration so that it is more efficient, simplified and durable in its urban plans in the short, medium and long term.

Rubén Reachi, a prominent executive from Olarena and especially from Saint Regis Los Cabos, which will soon be opened facing the Mexican Pacific, was the moderator of this panel.
