Ofrenda Ceremony by Inferno Fest: The 8th Edition Debuts at The Place at Cabo

Ceremonia de Ofrenda 2025 A 1

The Ofrenda Ceremony by Inferno Fest returns for its eighth edition, this time in a spectacular new venue: The Place at Cabo. This event, considered by many to be the most important of the year, will be held in honor of the Day of the Dead, a holiday that not only pays tribute to our ancestors but has also become a major tourist attraction.

This year, organizers invite participants to decorate their facades, and the best designs will be rewarded with prizes. “We want the community to get involved and for the public to enjoy something truly Instagrammable,” commented the organizers, who aim to transform the celebration into a unique visual experience.

With 50 restaurants already registered and numerous sponsors lending their support, attendees can enjoy refreshing drinks and extraordinary cuts of meat. The celebration will revolve around fire, an essential symbol of this holiday, as it honors those who have passed away. “I promise it will be an unforgettable celebration,” the organizers assured.

The 8th edition will feature 120 artists on stage, including impressive fire shows and a surprise party that will keep everyone in suspense. Furthermore, this year, the event has a charitable focus, as part of the proceeds will go to the Red Cross, firefighters, the DIF (National Institute of Natural Resources), and the Huellas Verdes (Green Footprints), which is dedicated to cleaning up the region’s streams.

As part of the new features, an invitation has been extended to the magical towns of Baja California Sur, as well as San Quintín, Ensenada, and Puerto Vallarta, who will sail through the beautiful bay of Cabo San Lucas. Their boats will be decorated for the occasion, adding a special touch to the celebration.

The Ofrenda Ceremony by Inferno Fest is not only an opportunity to remember our loved ones, but also to enjoy the culture, cuisine, and solidarity of the community. Los Cabos is preparing to welcome all who wish to be part of this emotional and vibrant celebration.
