Los Cabos Shines as the Epicenter of Luxury, Adventure, and Nature at Virtuoso Travel Week Las Vegas 2025

• Los Cabos boasts 15 Virtuoso properties, the largest concentration of hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
• 166 meetings were held with luxury advisors, 75 presentations were held in the Adventure Community with more than 610 professionals impacted, and a breakfast was held with 1,200 travel advisors.

During Virtuoso Travel Week Las Vegas 2025, taking place from August 9 to 15, Los Cabos consolidates its leadership as the destination with the largest concentration of Virtuoso member hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with a total of 15 exclusive properties, all present at the event.

From August 9-15, the Los Cabos Tourism Trust (FITURCA) and the destination’s strategic partners deployed a comprehensive agenda aimed at strengthening ties with travel advisors, the media, and international industry leaders, boosting Los Cabos’ presence as a destination that combines luxury, adventure, and nature.

During Virtuoso Travel Week Las Vegas 2025, 166 meetings were held with advisors specializing in luxury tourism, and 30 strategic advisors participated in the Connect golf tournament. The destination was also present in the Adventure Community with a booth dedicated to experiences in the Sea of Cortez and the legacy of Jacques Cousteau, where 75 presentations were given to eight groups of agents, reaching more than 610 professionals.

Additionally, the destination participated in a breakfast event that brought together 1,200 travel advisors and held meetings with more than 30 national and international media outlets, consolidating the destination’s visibility on various communication platforms.

Participation in the Sustainability Community was highlighted at the Under One Sky event, along with the organization of an exclusive Los Cabos cocktail party for 60 advisors and strategic partners. Executive meetings were also held with representatives from Virtuoso Asia, Virtuoso Latam, and the Global President of Virtuoso, strengthening relationships with international leaders in the tourism sector.

The economic impact of the luxury segment in Los Cabos is significant. In 2024, the Virtuoso network generated more than 5.65 billion pesos in economic revenue at member hotels alone, contributing an estimated total impact of 1.015 billion pesos for the destination. This market generated 113,500 room nights, with an average rate of 2,489 USD per night and an average spend of 57,000 pesos per stay, underscoring the strategic importance of this segment for the local economy.
