Los Cabos Celebrates 21 Restaurants Honored in the 2025 Michelin Guide

The National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac) of Los Cabos hosted a cocktail reception in honor of the 21 restaurants in the region that were recognized in the 2025 Michelin Guide, a recognition that puts local cuisine on the world map.
Representing the Cabo San Lucas delegate, Karina de la O Uribe, was Daniel García Sandoval, manager of Oomsapas in the Delegation, who highlighted the importance of these awards for the destination’s international standing.
“These achievements put Los Cabos in the spotlight. Our cuisine, along with the quality of service of our chefs, restaurateurs, and front-of-house teams, position us as one of the most important destinations in Mexico and the world. It is an honor to be here representing the delegate to celebrate their talent and effort,” said García Sandoval.
For his part, Óscar Morando Villa, president of Canirac Los Cabos, expressed his gratitude for the support of authorities and promotional organizations and recognized the dedication of each award-winning restaurant.
“Only 0.5% of the world’s restaurants are part of this select group. This achievement is the result of the love, effort, and passion of each team for gastronomy, ingredients that today inspire our destination and position us on the world map,” he emphasized.
With this new international distinction, Los Cabos consolidates its leadership as a tourist and gastronomic destination of excellence, combining culture, hospitality, and haute cuisine in experiences that place it among the best places on the planet to enjoy good food.
