The timeshare sector is subject to the same rules as hotels

Javier Olivares Executive President of the South Californian Association of Timeshare Developers (ASUDESTICO), commented that there is a difference between apartment owners and those called timeshare, owners can use their properties whenever they want, but not timeshare members, who depend on the government’s authorization to open the tourism sector before being able to occupy their units. There is great hope in this sector as users of this service already have dates and airline tickets ready.
