In the last day of the World Meeting Forum, various activities were held for representatives of the Meetings Industry who gathered in the tourist destination of Los Cabos to create new business prospects, as well as other business relationships.

World Meetings Forum has established itself in the MICE sector as a platform in which the great leaders of the industry meet to do important business, being one of the “must attend events” of the year, in its face-to-face, virtual and hybrid version. for the best hosted buyers and suppliers worldwide. Leading the reactivation process of the events industry with the highest biosafety protocols through our 360 ° and Beyond Plan.

These were some of the activities carried out:

• Panel “Marketing Client”, in which four experts on the subject exchanged ideas about the importance of knowing and researching the client, listening to him to get to work together to obtain the best results. Participants: Paola Casanova (marketing expert of beauty brands), Salvador Kordan (of the automotive sector), Said Espejel (of technology products) and Sergio Vargas (co-founder of the marketing agency Sphera impacta).
• Conference “How to Manage Work Stress Through Sound”, given by Adriana Azuara, an expert in wellness who explained how sound can be used in our daily life to feel better.
• First Latin American Summit of MPI clubs and projects. Representatives from the Mexican Caribbean, Dominican Republic, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Panama and Bajío Occidente Mexico shared the progress in the development of the meetings industry from the formation of these MPI clubs.
• Lecture by Adrián Domínguex, Special Olympics athlete, who told us a bit about his life story and his sports logos.
• WMF Foundation auction. Hotel and airline sponsors donated travel and accommodation packages. In addition, a painting by people with Down syndrome from the Amigos Caleidoscopio foundation was auctioned.
• Closing ceremony of the event, in which music was the main component, in which Barantz Eventos, Brial Allan (with the help of all attendees) and the surprise of the night participated: the Kids Monster group, made up of five young people brothers and sisters with a unique stage presence.

The next events will be WMF Sustainable Edition Costa Rica, in October, and WMF Caribe Mexicano, in November.
