Show your talent with the camera and showcase your work throughout the continent with the first Christmas in Short short film contest, organized by the Los Cabos International Film Festival and Studio Universal.

In this call, open from September 1 to October 15, the best 10 Latin American fiction or animation shorts with a Christmas theme are sought.

Those selected will be broadcast by the Studio Universal signal and other NBC Universal International Networks windows. In addition, the winning short film will be recognized with a cash prize of 7,000 USD (at the exchange rate of the winning country).

For the first time, a pay television channel with coverage in Latin America opens its platform to original content created by the public.

The countries that may participate are: Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
