The nautical festival of the Day of the Dead "Altares en El Mar" will be held this November 1 and 2 at La Marina de Cabo San Lucas; The tour of the decorated boats will start in front of the RIU Hotel, starting at 7:00 p.m. and will end at 8:15 p.m., with pyrotechnics and music in the Cabo San Lucas Marina, where there will also be activities and altar display; This was reported by the general director of Festivales Náuticos MX Guillermo Rivelino Pérez Ortiz, mentioning that the Secretary of the Navy and various activities in the port will participate.

"We will have a large sample of altars distributed around La Marina de Cabo San Lucas, there will be 5 stages where the art and culture of Mexico will be projected for the country and the world. We will have the presence of two organizations of peoples native and Afro-Mexicans; in addition, we will have a university area for nautical festivals in which ITES, UABCS and CECYTE will be participating; they will also be able to join us in the catrina and altar contest," said the general director of Nautical Festivals.

These activities are totally free; The parade can be seen at no cost from the port of Cabo San Lucas or from El Médano beach. Finally, the general director of Nautical Festivals, Guillermo Rivelino Pérez Ortiz, announced that this year the fourth edition of the "Sea and Christmas" festival will be held on December 16 and 17.
