Los Cabos announced the opening of new luxury properties for the coming years under the signature of important brands, such as: St. Regis, Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, Soho House, Aman and a new property by VelasResorts, with which the destination It is positioned as the main tourist center within the high-profile segment in Mexico.

The new properties, as a whole, will add just over 900 keys over the next two years, divided into rooms, suites and luxury villas, in addition to integrating international-class gastronomic services, event facilities, spas and golf courses, among others, to provide a more comfortable experience for visitors.

Among the properties scheduled to open their doors during 2023, are:

• Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas. - Located in the heart of the Los Cabos tourist corridor along the Sea of Cortez, this will be the brand's second property in the destination, which will have 142 keys, distributed in rooms, suites and private villas; as well as exclusive amenities such as a private golf course, among others, backed by the acclaimed services and amenities of Four Seasons.

• Reg. - The oasis for high-profile travelers will have more than 140 rooms, luxurious residences, restaurants and an exclusive butler service within the complex of just over 1,850 acres, located next to Quivira, the residential community within the development of Pueblo Bonito.

• Owned by Velas Resorts. – This new property arrives in Los Cabos to join those of the Grand Velas brand. Categorized as an exclusive all-inclusive boutique hotel for adults and located in an extraordinary area between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, this property will have 80 rooms, where visitors can enjoy an exquisite fresh gastronomy offer based on organic ingredients from the sea. and the garden with the serenity and luxury of destiny.

With the addition of these new properties to the lodging portfolio, Los Cabos confirms its position as the luxury destination in Mexico, a status that supports it by hosting 13 properties recognized by the Virtuoso network, a global network that integrates the best brands related to tourism luxury, and which currently offers 2,000 rooms in this category.

On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the tourism development plans in the destination will be maintained in the medium term until 2024, thanks to the incorporation of new properties and important expansion projects, among which are:

• Park Hyatt Los Cabos. – Under the design of the prestigious architectural firm SordoMadaleno, the Park Hyatt will be the first hotel of its kind in Mexico that will incorporate environmental care criteria into its construction. With an approximate investment of more than 120 million dollars, the property will extend along an 11-hectare lot where the desert landscape and the sea will blend perfectly.

• Soho House. – The luxurious hotel complex will be located on the tourist corridor of Los Cabos, which is estimated to finish its construction during the second half of 2024. The Soho House & Beach Club project in Los Cabos includes approximately 70 keys.
