Michelin Chef Meets & Autoart" is coming, a delicious gastronomic experience with incredible luxury cars

Michelin Meets Mexico, the platform created in partnership with Michelin Mexico, the Robert Parker wine guide and Tablet Hotels, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and promoted by CANIRAC and the Conservatory of Gastronomic Culture of Mexico, organize a series of experiences themes with chefs recognized by Michelin, to disseminate and promote the gastronomic and tourism sector of the country, combining with wine tourism, art and lifestyle.


On each date, chefs recognized with Michelin stars for their careers in the gastronomic world will offer menus that will be paired with national and international wines selected or scored by the Robert Parker Wine Guide, with the presence and support of different sponsoring brands. Each of the editions will be complemented with experiences focused on the world of art and lifestyle.


Michelin Meets Mexico will celebrate the second event of the year on June 29 in conjunction with Autoart World, the most important car and art event in America. "Michelin Chef Meets & Autoart", will offer an experience to enjoy an afternoon surrounded by luxury cars and good food from chefs with Michelin stars, traditional Mexican cuisine and renowned restaurants of our country, which will amaze with delicious dishes accompanied by wines and spirits high end.


On this occasion, the star chefs will be Alberto Ferruz (3 Michelin stars) and Emmanuelle Barón (1 Michelin star and 2 Repsol Suns), who will visit us from Europe to present the Mediterranean flavors made with products from the exclusive selection of the gourmet area of Iron Palace.


The representative of Mexico in this gastronomic experience will be the cook Charito Cruz Cobos, undisputed queen of roast suckling pig and part of the Association of Traditional Cooks of Oaxaca, who are dedicated to preserving typical recipes from the region.


From Mexico, the wines of L A Cetto, the market-leading Mexican winery from Valle de Guadalupe, and the exclusive high-end artisan tequila Cavas Agave will be present at Michelin Chef Meets & Autoart.


The event will take place on June 29 from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, in the Pits Area of the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome (Viaducto Río dela Piedad S/N, Granjas México, 08400, Mexico City - CDMX), with a cost of person of $3,850.00 pesos.

Regarding the remainder of the year's agenda, during 2023 a series of thematic experiences will be carried out in emblematic places in Mexico City and in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.


In each event, chefs recognized by the Michelin guide will serve paired menus made with national and international products at the following locations and dates:


The Cape. Thompson Hotel, Cabo San Lucas. July 6 and 8, 2023. A gastronomic proposal that combines the best of La Baja cuisine with chef Drew Deckman, traditional cook Edith Jiménez and chef Paco Morales (2 Michelin stars).


Tablet. A Michelin Experience. CDMX. October 4, 5 and 6, 2023. A take over between Michelin Chef, Robert Parker Guide and Tablet Hotels in 3 luxury hotels in Mexico City.


Michelin Chef Meets Monterrey. November 11 and 12, 2023. A tribute to northern Mexico and its gastronomy
