Timeshare in Los Cabos reaches an occupancy of up to 92% at Easter
The executive president of the South Californian Association of Timeshare Developers ASUDESTICO, Javier Olivares, said in an interview for Los Cabos a la Carta and Cabovisión News, that this important association has 31 active elements, with Villa la Valencia as a new member.
This represents around 8 thousand hotel rooms in this modality that continues to increase in the tourist destination of Los Cabos as an option for tourists who choose to buy timeshare or vacation club to spend their vacations.
Javier Olivares assured that the average stay per timeshare partner is 8 days, although it is variable, since guests use this mechanism for different purposes.
"Curiously, we expected after the pandemic... that it was possibly going to go down but people were eager to travel, I think they already have it in their DNA and people want to travel... we improved sales" said the president of ASUDESTICO , who explained that despite the restrictions, at Easter there was a considerable recovery with a closure of 92% occupancy.
