Los Cabos expects great news for 2023: Rodrigo Esponda
The general director of the Los Cabos Tourism Trust, Rodrigo Esponda, said in an interview for Los Cabos a la Carta and Cabovisión News that FITURCA has carried out evaluations of the tourist experience in the destination, in order to determine actions that improve the service and reputation of the destination that is positioned as one of the most important in Mexico and the world.
“Unfortunately, one of the elements that has been evaluated and that has had a negative trend has been mobility, which has been affected. Even more so when there are accidents that block communication routes,” said Rodrigo Esponda, for which he joins Los Cabos in a road awareness campaign in which the private initiative and the three levels of government will participate.
On the other hand, he mentioned that an agreement was signed at the Acapulco Tianguis for English-style trips regarding investment, dissemination and promotion. This, to increase promotion in the European market due to the connections offered by Avoris from various European cities directly to Los Cabos.
The director of FITURCA reported that other European airlines intend to fly to the destination in 2023, so great news is expected for that year. He also reported that tourism in Los Cabos has diversified, although the United States continues to be the primary market.
