The Los Cabos International Film Festival has just launched the new call for the competitive sections of the Official Selection: Los Cabos Competition -which brings together more original and purposeful premieres produced or co-produced by Mexico, the United States and Canada- and La Baja Inspira - section that places the spotlight on films that maintain strong links with the La Baja region.

The call will remain open from May 17 to August 20, 2023 and will be divided into the following stages:

• Advance registration (Early Bird): May 17 to June 16
• Regular Registration (Regular Deadline): June 17 to July 31
• Extended Enrollment (Extended Deadline): August 1- August 20
