The fourth edition of Culinary Awards Los Cabos announced the nominated restaurants in 34 categories for 2023. In this edition:

- 169 restaurants participated in the event. - 17 categories were nominated by the public through online voting. - 16 categories were nominated by a jury made up of 70 members. - A new category was introduced: "Restaurant Nominated by Jury". - So far, 25,393 votes have been cast by the public in the Culinary Awards, and the second round of voting will open to nominated restaurants.

In addition, the "Culinary Career" award was awarded to Nicksan, a restaurant that has enriched the gastronomic offer of Los Cabos with its original concept for three decades. The awards gala will take place on November 9 at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.

The nominations ceremony was held at Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa and was attended by representatives of the restaurants, sponsors, media and special guests. The nominees were announced by Amparo García, and the results were delivered transparently thanks to the Crowe firm.

Restaurants have been nominated in various categories, including "Restaurant of the Year", "Culinary Concept", "Chef of the Year", "Pastry Chef of the Year", "Excellence in Service", "Design, Atmosphere and Atmosphere", and more .

In addition, Culinary Awards has established an alliance with ASA Alimentaria and the Mexican Food Bank to encourage the participation of restaurants in the "To the rescue" program. This alliance seeks to promote corporate social responsibility and help those who need it most.

The awards gala will take place on November 9, and it is expected that this event will be a recognition of excellence in the gastronomy of Los Cabos.
