In a press conference held today, Monday, April 15, the next Golf Tournament promoted by Land & Building was announced, which will take place on May 11 at the prestigious Cabo Real Golf Club, San José del Cabo. The event, open to the general public, aims to raise funds for the infrastructure and improvement of the facilities of Telebachillerato #39 in Cabo San Lucas.

With the participation of between 80 and 100 people, including local athletes from cities such as Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, as well as foreign participants, mainly from the United States, the tournament will have an exciting format that includes Stroke Play, Shamble and Foursome.

One of the highlights of this tournament is the introduction of high-end Hole in One prizes, which include the chance to win an apartment and luxury cars, making this the first time such prizes have been offered in Los Cabos. In addition to the golf competitions, there will be raffles and a closing event with a concert, dinner, awards and auction for participants.

Eng. Ricardo Reyes Sandoval, general director of Land & Building, expressed his enthusiasm for the event and highlighted the importance of supporting education and social sense in the community. In collaboration with various local institutions and companies, the tournament seeks to benefit the 116 students of Telebachillerato #39, whose structural situation requires urgent improvements.

During the press conference, it was announced that a significant part of the income generated by the tournament will be allocated to the rehabilitation of the Telebachillerato, in order to provide a safer and more appropriate learning environment for low-income students.

José Alberto de los Santos González, director of Telebachillerato, expressed his gratitude for the support received and stressed the importance of initiatives like this to improve the educational conditions of the community.

In addition, the university scholarship was announced for Ana Rosa González Ambrosio, an outstanding Telebaccalaureate student, in recognition of her academic excellence and commitment to her studies.
