The Secretary of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability, Luis H. Araiza López mentioned in an interview for Los Cabos a la Carta that the State business community was empathic with the secretariat after the passage of the Coronavirus pandemic, as it has already received 1200 certificates from Punto Clean, positioning Baja California Sur as the number one destination in this selection.

He also mentioned that the establishments that have not yet obtained this important certification is because they are in the middle of training or the document is in process, since it comes from Mexico City.
