Los Cabos is one of the main destinations for business tourism in Mexico, as emphasized by the general director of Economic Development and Tourism of Los Cabos, Fátima Miranda Castro, who explained that the municipality has expanded its tourism infrastructure with the construction of several resorts with rooms and places for impressive meetings, in addition, the destination has facilities and trained personnel to attend large corporate groups and conventions, therefore, from August 30 to September 1, the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will be venue of the World Meetings Forum (WMF) 2021.

Fátima Miranda highlighted that the 6 secretaries of tourism will be sharing a conference of the 10 Global Trends in the Meetings Industry, where they will teach how to understand the opportunities that destinations have in their niches and in their industries to become attractive and attractors of big events globally.

To conclude her participation, Fátima Miranda Castro emphasized that being the venue for this type of event means a great tourist promotion for Los Cabos, and also means the closure of large businesses and investments and a great economic reactivation. She concluded by emphasizing that during WMF 2021 activities, hygiene and healthy distance measures will be followed at all times.
