Successful Food and Equipment Expo of US Foods de México
Upon reaching 16 years in Los Cabos, US Foods de Mexico celebrates with the 6th Food and Equipment Expo for the Gastronomic Industry.
Last Friday, at the Hilton Los Cabos Hotel, more than 700 people came to see the products of the number one importer of Food, Kitchen Equipment and Supplies for the Hospitality and Restaurant Industry in Los Cabos.
This spectacular event presented new products and new trends in the market, inviting more than 25 suppliers that this year exhibited a wide range of organic foods, natural and biodegradable options, plus a large selection of cheeses, high quality meats and products Gourmet such as Olive Oils, Balsamic Vinegars, Chocolates and Special Ingredients for Pastry, In addition to a whole baseline that are flours, canned, frozen, etc.
This year, 3 innovative seminars were presented during the exhibition:
1.-Spices and their flavors: They are what give flavor to our food.
2.-Grape Seed Oils: It was recently discovered that it contains a very high nutritive index, it is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.
3.-Hamilton Meats talked about how to get out of a Striploin or a Manhatan block cut.
Among the attendees we could see Area Managers, Executives Chefs, Hotel Purchasing Managers and Restaurants Owners and local supermarkets including Todos Santos and La Paz.
US Foods de México, is a Mexican corporation, which was established in Los Cabos in 2003 and continues to serve the hotel and tourism industry of Los Cabos.
