Mexico Grand Hotels’ Kadún Boutique Hotel Opens in Cabo San Lucas
Mexico Grand Hotels celebrated the official opening of Kadún, its first boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The new 110-room property debuted in December 2025, just in time for the peak season, and is positioned as an urban oasis steps from the Marina and El Médano Beach, in one of the destination’s most vibrant and walkable areas.
Inspired by historic Mexican mansions and the cultural heritage of the Pericú tribe, Kadún blends contemporary luxury with the artistic essence of Baja California Sur. Its interiors feature sculptural wood paneling, woven natural textures, local artwork, handcrafted ceramics, and traditional masks, creating spaces that honor the region’s traditions and natural beauty. Among its main attractions are the rooftop pool with a deck and panoramic views of the sea and the city, two signature restaurants—UMBRAL and SAVIA—offering Baja Californian cuisine with hyper-local ingredients, and the artisanal Lola Mia coffee shop.
The hotel also features suites equipped with kitchenettes, private terraces, and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as spaces for intimate events and cultural programs that include marine excursions, art dives in Todos Santos, and ranch tours with tequila tastings.
To celebrate its opening, the property launched a special grand opening offer with 50% off rates, a complimentary welcome drink, 20% off food, beverages, and spa treatments, and flexible booking options, available until May 2026.
