Los Cabos first ever Greenfest!

Los Cabos welcomed travelers to join the conservation of resources and the environment in the most interactive, green and sustainable event to ever take place in the destination; the Los Cabos Greenfest. This unique event combines music, natural resources, fitness, wellness elements all set against the dramatically beautiful natural landscape of Los Cabos for a truly unforgettable experience.

It all started on Thursday March 27 and ended on March  29th , the three-day event featured concerts, beach activities, water sports and pool parties. All power required for the concerts and events was 100% generated by attendees using bicycles. A portion of the proceeds will go to non-profit organizations to support sustainability and active transportation.

Concerts were held at the internationally renowned Nikki Beach, located at the ME Cabo hotel, and also featured artists such as Lafa Taylor, DJ Laura Low, Marv Ellis and We Tribe. The event helped to raise awareness about saving the planet and to create consciousness about conserving the Earth’s natural resources. 

Eduardo Segura stated that… “This festival is unique in that it aims to increase the global community by bringing together locals as well as visitors to create memories through music and sustainable practices.”

Press Conference held by Fiturca to present the new PR And Marketing agencies to promote Los Cabos

The Los Cabos Tourism Board held a press conference Last Thursday February 20th at 16:00 hrs in Villas del Palmar with the purpose to present to the local media, hotel association and local community the new PR companies and marketing agencies that will promote Los Cabos as a tourist destination, nationally and internationally.

The Trust FITURCA Los Cabos Tourism have come to a conclusion after a long and exhaustive process. The Technical Committee of FITURCA has chosen the agencies that will work for the next 2 years in the promotion of the destination.

Gaudelli PR and Marketing company will be in charge of: Mexico Public Relations, Creative Image, National and International Media Advertising. CIIC will be in charge of the United Stats Public Relations. Anstic will represent for the first time the Public Relations and Advertising for the Canadian market. Last but not least Cliker 360, a new and edgy company, will lead in digital and media marketing.

It will be exciting to see what these amazing companies will come up with to promote Los Cabos. "Diamond Hotel Opens at Cabo Azul Resort." Cabo Azul hotel is part of the Diamond International Resorts chain which recently opened and is located in the tourist corridor of San José del Cabo. The inagural event was attended by director of Diamond Resorts International, business owners of the area and local media.

Sabor a Cabo 2013

Cabos hosted the 8th Annual “Sabor a Cabo” food and wine festival. The event took place at the Campestre Golf course in San Jose del Cabo, owned and operated by Grupo Questro.


Sabor a Cabo is considered to be one of the most prestigious events of the year. The event is a international attraction. Guests fly in from around the world to purchase tickets and dine beneath the stars enjoying the best-of-the-best international cuisine and wine from the most spectacular restaurants and chefs working in Los Cabos, Mexico. 

Can you tell us about the participation of Fiturca in this event?

 “We sponsored with $600,000 thousand pesos. Publicity in the Unites States with a value of $100,000 USD. We also traveled to Aspen, Vancouver and New York to promote this event”.  Live music was provided by Dj Roman Rosati with international background fallowed by a special appearance of Mariachi Gavilacillos and Mexican singer Fernando Allende. 

Making this event a very magical and memravle by everyone who attended.
