After an extensive evaluation and selection process of the 139 restaurants, which began in April this year, the winners were announced in 29 categories: 11 determined by a jury made up of 70 local experts and 18 as a result of online voting. of the public. A special award for Culinary Achievement was given to Carmen Consuelo Fiol Montaño, better known as Doña Pame, by the Organizing Committee.
